Plenty of bars restaurants. Beach closed for a week from 3 rd June? Unreal. No pools open in apt blocks, only hotels but was not told until arrival many people we met were in the same position, only hotels had pools open and they were all private. Told to check small print, so be aware, couldn’t get a transfer to a property with a pool, and was refused a refund so we could move . Be aware of this, if you can use the beach it will cost 7 euro per day for a bed . We travelled between, 28 th May to the 4 th June, so read small print

SO many things to do -Beach, Port, Parks, Water Parks, zoos,...
SO many things to do -Beach, Port, Parks, Water Parks, zoos, walks etc, The beach and port areas are good for all ages and there is plenty to choose from. Arroyo de Miel is further in-land and offers good shops and restaurants and a good open-air market on Fridays. There is a park called Parque de la Paloma, which has areas for children and cafes etc with a goat sanctuary in the middle. Right next to the park is the SELWO marina zoo/Dolphin park, which is great for the kids.

We have been coming for 20 years so we must love the area. It is so central to many places of interest in easy reach, from the great city of Malaga to Gibraltar. The transport services are excellent and cheap, so travelling without a car is no problem, for the foodie the choice is enormous, and if you are into golf or art this is the area for you.

What a Beautiful Apartment!!
What a Beautiful Apartment!! We have stayed in the same complex before but this property was exceptional! Everything you need, with Everything on the doorstep, The View Wow Just Wow!! We collected keys from reception very good communication with Nieves the property manager. We WILL be back!
Staff is very nice and helpful, great breakfast , amazing view from the restaurant and also from our balcony. Nice bar and they offer a show every night with different themes ( at least that happened in October).
If you go there ask a room with a view to the beach
Nice area by the pool to enjoy sun . hotel is actually on the beach so access is very easy . I liked the location , hotel being situated on the main boulevard.
Nice accomodation in Benalmadena.
The hosts where fantastic anything you need you can just txt Antonio, apartment had everything even washing machine all amenities, pool excellent with slides for my son 😀 and on top the perfect location in all my hols in benalmadena I will be coming back to here again outside everything you could think off directly across the zebra crossing chippy pharmacy, live tributes bars supermarkets excellent excellent excellent amazing holiday !!!
Overall, in my opinion, this is not a 4 stars hotel, it's more like 3 stars.
- The food is OK, we were in the hotel for more than a week so sometimes the food is repetitive, but overall the buffet is quite decent.
- The room is OK, nothing too fancy but it does the job.
- The beds are big and comfortable.
- Besides the incident with the crib, the staff is quite professional and nice.
Cleanness (rooms and shared facilities) and COVID-19 compliant; small but pleasant beach; all rooms with excellent sea view. For someone looking for a hotel near restaurants, activities, and Benalmadena's nightlife, this is probably not the best option since it is a 40-min walk to the marine; more appropriate for a relaxed stay for couples of families with small children.
The location of the hotel is very central to Costa Benalmadena. Our room , on the 4th floor overlooked the pool, Bil Bil Castle and the sea.
This is our second stay & the property maintains its reputation as a 4 star hotel & is kept immaculate. The staff are very professional, friendly & work very hard to keep the hotel clean & tidy, and make your stay enjoyable.
Huge hotel close to centre of Benalmádena town, two multistory buildings, two outdoor swimming pools, own garden, big restaurant area with a terrace. Easy access to local seaside walkway and just few steps away from the sea. It's good experience overall, but with a few buts...
Gorgeous studio, the decor in our huge studio and all public areas was absolutely beautiful. A lovely oasis that felt like a five star hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fantastic sea view from our studio with terrace which had chairs and a sun lounger.
Location was excellent, beach across the road and bars and restaurants next to the hotel, staff were so nice especially the lady behind the bar with the blonde plated hair( can’t remember her name). This is a 3 start hotel and not the Ritz
Everything - 3 star hotel with a 4 star feel, hotel is small so easy to get around and right on the beach, pool is beautiful and staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was fab. Already planning another trip back
My wife celebrated her birthday while we stayed in Best Hotel Benalmadena and a cake and a bittle of Prosecco were brought to our room. What a lovely surprise and it was hugely appreciated. Thank you.
Pools were great and water was sufficiently warm. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was pretty good most days. Better than the average all inclusive hotels. Queues were mostly short.
The hotel was very clean and well organised. From breakfast to dinner everything was great. Their was a lot of noise from guests on Saturday night which was dealt with very quickly.
