Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! I came to Chania for my birthday, and it was the best ever birthday. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, they elevate the overall experience. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options, and the restaurant also had the best steak I've had in a long time. The view from the room was stunning with an amazing view of the city and sea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay. I'll definitely be back.

The staff was very helpful with everything (information about the city, beaches and restaurants etc). And there also was the personal touch of Mrs Gianna who was very pleased and proud (and with a good reason) to present to the guests everything she had prepared for breakfast (something different every day). The whole stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
