It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and was tastefull and gave a ships experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and diner were of good quality and the staff made us feel special, and went out of their way to see to it that we had a great time. The ship has a long history and is well presevered. The fact you can still see the engineroom and walk down the tunnelshaft made it special. When walking the deck past the life boats and standing on the bow gives it a real shipsfeeling. The swimming pool next to the ocean adds to the experience, especially at sunset. We are happy we got to visit the Doulos Phos and reocmmend this unique experience.

Nite & Day Laguna Bintan is a 3-star property situated in Tanjung Pinang. The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

Alltrue Hotel Bintan - Tanjungpinang is a 4-star property set in Tanjung Pinang. Mr Rahmat is very professional and has good customer service. Night market with Chinese food is just opposite the hotel within walking distance. Ktv lounge in the hotel is good and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and fully equipped. The breakfast variety is good. Value for money. They even provided complimentary pick up from tanjong pinang ferry terminal to the hotel. Thanks to the team for the great customer service. Will recommend all to book alltrue.

I like that it was very quiet, without many people and no street noise/ parties etc So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!
