A visit to Nisshokan Bettei Koyotei is like a step back to gentle and easy days. Absolutely 1st rate staff made everything about my stay enjoyable and relaxing. It was obvious they prepared well, learned who we were and what we liked. I felt valued, pampered, and relaxed. There is no better location in Nagasaki. What a view!

It’s an amazing place. Starting from the entrance with an artistic doors and walls long the escalator to bring us at the front desk. They have a large selection of yukatas, so you can chose the one you prefer. From the room with the view you can see the bay of Nagasaki. The onsen on the 3rd floor is lovely but the one on the 11th is amazing! It has a large pool outdoor from where you can see all over the city. If you stay at this hotel, you don’t need to go on the very top of the mountain. Both the dinner and the breakfast have an large buffet full of various exquisite food. They have a shuttle service to the station. Very happy with my staying.

I had a great time here! The room was huge and they provided a range of amenities. The bathroom was clean and well kept, and a fridge and kettle were provided in the room (a microwave was available outside the room). The coffee provided in the room was really nice! Location-wise it was close to transport and amenities as well as being easy to find.

The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. They even helped me when my car’s battery die even though it was snowing. I can’t say enough about all of the staff. Dinner was delicious with an amazing view. Recommend it 100%.
