Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. I had a fabulous stay, the owner was so nice and made the experience so wonderful. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Toilets/showers are also kept clean. The showers had strong water pressure. WiFi was really fast. Location is good with a 10 min walk to the train station. I enjoyed the Japanese experience of sleeping in Ryokan. The owner gave many recommendations for Tokyo and also where is the best place for souvenirs rather than touristic locations which I wouldn't have discovered without the local knowledge so I am really thankful for that.

Nastanitev Ito Ryokan na fantastični lokaciji v okrožju Chuo Ward (Tokio) se nahaja 2 min hoje od znamenitosti Amazake Yokocho Shopping Street, 400 m od znamenitosti Genyadana Monument in 6 min hoje... Loved my stay at the Ryokan. Felt very traditional and was a unique experience. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made the stay very pleasant. The room was clean, the TV a plus, and the beds very comfortable. Excellent location too, near many restaurants.

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. For our first visit Japan, this was a great place to stay. Close to the metro, in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. The bathroom was compact, but it had everything we needed. There were lifts to all the floors, rooms had electrical outlet points and we were able to open the windows and at night a blind blocked out the light. A private bath is available, which we did not use. Washing facilities are available and the staff were very helpful in all regards. Rooms were soundproof. I would stay here again!

Ryokan Sansuiso is only 450 metres from JR Gotanda Train Station, on the Yamanote Line. It offers traditional Japanese accommodation with tatami (woven-straw) floors, futon beds and free Wi-Fi. Authentic Japanese atmosphere, very friendly staff, conveniently located.

Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa is a 2-minute walk from Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple. Asakusa Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away. Very friendly, great location and rooms were just as we wanted. Would definitely use again.

Nastanitev Tokyo inn Sakura An se nahaja v Tokiju, 1 min hoje od znamenitosti Tokyo Origami Museum, in ponuja brezplačno izposojo koles, sobe za nekadilce ter brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. It was located in a nice corner of Asakusa. A bit of a walk and definitely cold during winter. But nice walk nonetheless. Host was superb and so friendly.

Nastanitev Nobori se nahaja v mestu Ome, 42 km od znamenitosti gora Takao in 43 km od znamenitosti Fuchu Park, ter nudi sobe. Ryokan z 2 zvezdicama nudi brezplačen WiFi in pogled na gore. It was stunning. I love staying at these kind of places, it is so special. These are accommodations which are run by the families of ( former) priests of the temple. They live in the house too, but you don't see or hear them much. The house was stunning, I love the old architecture. The food they made was SO good and much, I was always full. If you do not like sleeping on futons, this is not an option for you. The view on shimmering tokyo was stunning. The room was big and had its own bathroom. The women shared hot bath was clean and nice to use. I have been treaded nicely and with respect.
