The staff is super polite, the apartment was spotless. We had a welcome bottle of wine and authentic Hungarian strudel waiting for us. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is somewhat close to all major attractions. The underground parking is great, although the public parking outside is free, and there were always a couple of spots available. All in all, it was a great experience.

It is an excellent choice for a large family stay(or even if you are 7/8 adults) you can easily adjust. It has 2 WCs. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the modern day facilities. There are about 3/4 grocery stores nearby and similar for both public transport (bus as well tram). Staff is very friendly especially Miss. Luca as from day 1 (even before day 1) she took care of all the check in process (as we were checking in late) and instructions for check out( as again check out was way too early). Will definitely recommend it and can stay again.

Communication with Ildikó was excellent. She responds quickly to all messages. Ildikó met me at the apartment when I arrived. She is friendly and provides instructions for all aspects of the apartment.
